Our state-of-the-art building offers space in the shape of several events and meeting rooms, including an auditorium with roof terraces for conferences and breakouts.
The location was built to progressive eco-standards, and the garden can be enjoyed from the spacious terraces.

Events
We have more than 1500 m² of modular space to accommodate your events.
The space offers endless possibilities in terms of layout, and every room offers comfort and modern technology.
By using multiple rooms in a variety of combinations we can host every type of event possible.
Conferences
Aside from the event rooms, Vestar has a beautiful Aula with a mobile tribune to seat 300. The Aula is equipped with all the latest audiovisual facilities and technologies you will need.
Looking for a unique space to host a lecture, presentation, training course or conference? The Aula is the perfect location.
Meetings
Vestar offers large and small meeting rooms, breakouts and boardrooms. All equipped with the necessary audiovisual facilities and presentation technologies. The modern look of the spaces and the comfortable furniture provide an inspirational setting.
You can also count on excellent service, allowing you to hold your meetings without any additional concerns.
Catering
Our regular caterers will give a tailor-made quote. From 2 beautifully equipped, open kitchens, they serve the most delicious snacks, dishes and desserts along with choice wines and bubbly. Service and support staff are also provided, leaving you to enjoy your event without worries.
Access & Parking
Our ideal location makes us easy to reach by public transport (Berchem Station and Antwerp Central), by car or bike. We have a spacious, exclusive car park with room for 100 bikes and 260 cars, as well as overflow space if necessary.
Event location with garden & terraces
Vestar is a unique location with numerous possibilities. We have several rooms offering space between 20 m² and 500 m². The building’s recent construction means that everything in terms of audiovisual equipment and comfort has been thought of and can be adapted to your event. On arrival, you can enjoy our large 2000 m² walking garden and water feature. The roof terraces also give a view over the garden greenery. This brings a sense of calm to the city and helps your guests to relax.
Sustainability
Vestar was built in line with the very latest eco-standards but goes even further. The heating and cooling are powered by geothermal energy (150 m underground), from our BTES field. The building is CO2 free and powered largely by solar panels. With full insulation, green roofs, water recovery and daylight-controlled home automation systems, we can say that this building incorporates every conceivable sustainability technology.
